What are the minimums to place an order?
Screenprinting: 12 pieces
Embroidery: 1 piece
Promotional products: varies per product

Are there size limitations for the embellishments on products?
Yes. It varies per product, but generally we can screen print or embroider within a 20" x 18" space.

How does the art / graphic side work?
We are a custom design business, so you technically don't have to do anything!
Our artists will create your artwork from scratch based on your idea. Or, if you already have your design created in a digital format, you can email it to us at graphics@stillwaterscreenprinting.com.

When your design has been created you will be emailed a link to an apporval form. Along with your design, you will be given the opportunity to suggest any changes that you would like to make or to give your approval. Once approved, your design will be scheduled for production .

What is your turn-around time?
Screenprinting and embroidery are generally 5-7 business days. Promotional products generally take between 7-14 business days. During peak seasons these times will increase. Rush orders are available for an additional service fee.

Do you have set-up fees?
Screenprinting: No
Embroidery: No. However, if your logo needs to be digitized there could be a one time fee of $25-45, depending on the size of the artwork.
Promotional products: Yes, typically between $25-50.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of items you need, the product you select, the number of colors used in your design and the number of locations you need embellished on your product.

What about shipping?
- Weekends, holidays and unusually high order volume periods can sometimes
...cause
a delay in the shipping process.
- If you order an item that is out of stock or back-ordered, we will ship it to you
..as soon as possible.
- We ship via UPS. However, USPS can be used if necessary.

Can I return or exchange my product?
You may return or exchange any item in its original condition to the same address it was shipped from within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it or reimburse you in the same form as your original payment.

If you were sent the wrong item or you received a defective item, simply return the item(s) within 15 days in a secure package including your receipt and we will exchange the item or refund your credit card.

For your protection, please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for return shipment.

Once Stillwater Screenprinting receives your returned item(s), you will be shipped an exchange item or, if you prefer, your card will be reimbursed for the price of the item and sales tax (if any), but not for any shipping costs.

- All returned items must have a receipt.
- No refunds or exchanges on returns over 15 days.
- No cash refunds on sale items.
- No returns or exchanges on custom or special orders.
